Optimal Health is a complete lifestyle, and not just a diet. It is very simple if you go “Back To Basics” and learn, what it is your body really needs. Hint: it’s easier than you think!
If you look at the human body on a cellular level, and really learn what all those small power houses need to survive,
it is NOT a diet. Although there are so many different “diets” out there to choose from, none of them are good for you in the long run. Yes, you read that right – dieting isn’t healthy.

Eating well and exercising makes up only about 30% of a healthy lifestyle, which is why I share my #SevenHealthHacks;

Food – Water – Sleep – Exercise – Fresh air – Silence – Gratitude

If you are disconnected from your body, meaning you don’t pick up the signals given to you all the time;  sleep when you are tired, eat when you are hungry, go to the bathroom at the first signal etc, you are out of balance (homeostasis).
To regain balance (homeostasis), you need to incorporate my #SevenHealthHacks, one step at the time.
But don’t stress yourself, and make major changes all at once, because you’ll most likely fall back into old habits within a short period of time.

But we DO like to eat, so what do you choose?
As mentioned earlier, The Back to Basic lifestyle is not a diet.
It’s about eating organic, clean and real food. There is no weighing your food, no counting calories, no bizarre “meal replacements, ” no “loose weight fast” pills. Just real food and common sense.

You can eat just about anything, just as long as it’s Organic, clean and whole food, such as meat from grass fed animals, wild caught fish, free range eggs, organic vegetables, nuts, seeds and natural fats (like butter, vegetable oils and avocado, coconut e.g.). We ocasianally eat cheese, but mostly from goat- or sheep milk.
Eat when you’re hungry until you are satisfied. And a little bit from every food group. I usually say, have at least five different vibrant colors on your plate, at all meals.
Forget about all the processed foods and DO NOT eat light products of any kind. They don’t serve your any good.
